Spoodies UK LTD – Wholesale Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all wholesale transactions between Spoodies UK LTD ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and the purchasing party ("you", "the Buyer", "Customer") relating to the sale of live spiders. By placing a wholesale order with Spoodies UK LTD, you agree to be bound by the following Terms in full.
1. Wholesale Order Composition
All wholesale spider orders will consist of mix and match or unsexed spiders unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before purchase.
Spiders provided in wholesale orders will be of the same species/locality unless a written agreement states otherwise.
We do not guarantee any specific sex ratio in wholesale orders.
Species availability and combinations may vary depending on current stock and breeding cycles.
2. Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing is 20 individual spiders per order.
Orders below this threshold will not be classified as wholesale and will not benefit from wholesale pricing or terms.
We reserve the right to decline any order that does not meet our MOQ or does not comply with these Terms.
3. Age and Developmental Stage of Spiders
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all spiders supplied will be at an approximate developmental stage of Instar 2 (I2) to Instar 3 (L3).
These stages are approximate, and minor size/instar variations may occur.
Any requests for spiders at different sizes or life stages must be made and agreed upon in writing before the order is confirmed.
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
For details regarding Dead on Arrival (DOA) and handling of live spiders in transit, please refer to our separate DOA Policy, which forms part of your wholesale agreement. The Buyer acknowledges that by placing a wholesale order, they accept the risks outlined in that policy.

5. Shipping, Handling & Delivery
All spiders are packed in appropriate live invertebrate containers with adequate ventilation and padding to ensure safety during transit.
Shipping will be arranged using an agreed-upon courier service. Next-Day Delivery or equivalent tracked service is typically used within the UK.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer immediately upon dispatch from our facility.
International buyers are responsible for arranging appropriate permits and import compliance.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to dispatch, unless prior written credit terms have been arranged.
We accept payment via Bank Transfer, PayPal (fees may apply), or other methods agreed in advance.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment is received and cleared.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
All wholesale orders are final.
No cancellations, changes, or returns will be accepted once payment has been made.
Refunds will not be issued for spiders that perish in transit or upon arrival.
In the rare case of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect species sent), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue at our discretion.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By placing a wholesale order, you confirm and agree that:

You are 18 years of age or older.

You are purchasing for resale, breeding, or collection purposes.

You have the necessary knowledge, experience, and facilities to care for the species you are ordering.

You have ensured the species ordered are legal to own and sell in your region or country.

You are solely responsible for complying with local laws, import/export regulations, licensing, and documentation requirements.
Spoodies UK LTD is not liable for any seizures, delays, fines, or legal consequences arising from import/export or ownership issues in your jurisdiction.
9. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spoodies UK LTD shall not be liable for:

Loss of livestock during transit.

Loss of profit, business, or opportunity resulting from issues with your order.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied, and only in cases of proven negligence.
10. Force Majeure
Spoodies UK LTD shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or courier disruptions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Agreement
By placing a wholesale order, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
