All delivery times are estimates and are given in good faith. These may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Note: For UK consumers, delivery will be made within 30 days of order acceptance unless otherwise stated. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more details, please refer to our Terms.

FAQ

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are purchasing a subscription, delivery will be processed after the subscription payment clears.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Live animals will only be delivered within the UK using Royal Mail services.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR DAMAGED?

In the case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised delivery date.

If your decor arrives damaged or breaks within 48 hours of delivery, we will send a replacement, subject to stock availability.

Note: We do not offer refunds for molding issues. For products that are susceptible to molding, we recommend keeping them in enclosures with a humidity level not exceeding 70%.

WHAT ABOUT SPIDERS?

Once your spider leaves our care, we no longer have control over the delivery process.

  • If you request a non-standard delivery day, you must be available to receive the delivery.

  • Standard delivery days are Tuesday to Friday.

  • Non-standard delivery days: Saturday. - Additional fee required by agreement only

  • We do not offer Monday delivery for spiders. Please do not request this.

 

Dead On Arrival Policy

If your spider arrives deceased, a replacement will be arranged, subject to stock availability.

  • Video proof of the deceased spider is required for replacement or refund. Claims must be made within 1 hour of delivery. Any claims submitted after this period will be deemed invalid.

  • Photos of damaged packaging must be included in your initial email.

  • We recommend that all deliveries are recorded as we have had a number of incidents where customers have claimed the spider arrived deceased, but the packaging was already opened. To avoid this, we require that the unboxing process is captured on video to verify the condition of the spider upon delivery.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

 

  • Special Delivery Cutoff: All Special Delivery orders must be placed before 15:30 for same-day dispatch.

  • We only ship orders Monday through Friday (no spiders are shipped on Fridays). No orders will be dispatched on, Saturdays, or Sundays
