We operate the websites Spoodies.com, Spoodies.uk, and Spoodyliscious.uk (the “Site”), along with any related services or products that refer or link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Spoodies UK Ltd.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST STOP USING THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

You confirm that:
- Your Submissions follow the “Prohibited Activities” section
- You own or have rights to provide the Submissions
- They do not contain confidential information
- You are responsible for all Submissions and agree to cover any losses caused by their misuse.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent that:
- Your registration information is accurate and up to date
- You are legally capable and agree to these Terms
- You are not a minor
- You will not access the Services via bots or automation
- You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes
- You will comply with all laws
We may suspend or terminate your account for any incorrect or misleading information.
4. USER REGISTRATION
You may need to register to use certain features.
You must keep your password confidential and accept responsibility for all account activity.
We may change or remove usernames at our discretion.
5. PRODUCTS
We aim to display product details accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, colours, or specifications are error-free.
All products are subject to availability and prices may change at any time.
5.1 Product Images & Representation
We strive to accurately represent all products through high-quality images and descriptions. However, from time to time, we may use stock photos for certain items. These stock images may not always reflect the exact appearance or specifications of the item being purchased. Please refer to the product description for detailed information and reach out to us if you have any questions about the product.
5.2 Livestock Images & Order Fulfilment

Images of livestock are illustrative and may not show the exact animal you receive.
5.3 Random Selection
Livestock is selected at random from available stock unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Substitutes
If an item is unavailable, we may send a suitable substitute of equal or greater value.
5.5 Customer Requests
We will try to accommodate specific requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.
5.6 Unavailable Requests
If we cannot fulfil a request, we will attempt to contact you.
If we receive no response within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You must provide accurate billing information and update it as needed.
All prices are in GBP.
We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion.
7. RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities including (but not limited to):
- Data scraping
- Fraud
- Uploading viruses
- Harassment
- Reverse engineering
- Misuse of support services
- Automating account creation
- Competing commercially using our Services

9. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
Users may not submit or post content unless explicitly permitted. If content is submitted, it must:
- Not infringe on rights
- Not be misleading or harmful
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Not contain offensive or discriminatory content
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
10. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
You grant us permission to access, store, and use information you submit.
Feedback may be used freely without compensation.
We do not claim ownership over your Contributions.
11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
Reviews must:
- Be based on personal experience
- Not contain offensive or discriminatory language
- Not include references to illegal activity
- Not be misleading
We may remove reviews at our discretion.
12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked through our Services.
Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
